Kinsman, sağlık verilerinizi işleyen bir uygulamadır. Bu sayfa hangi veriyi neden topladığımızı, nerede tuttuğumuzu ve nasıl silebileceğinizi olduğu gibi anlatır. Kısa özet: tarama cevaplarınız ve ham sağlık örnekleri telefonunuzdan hiç çıkmaz; günlük toplamlar ve plan kayıtlarınız, siz kapatmadıkça, hesabınıza yedeklenir; analitik hiçbir sağlık değeri taşımaz; kimseye veri satmayız ve reklam takibi yapmayız.

2. Analitiğe ne girmez
Analitik olayları yalnız sayılar, sınıflar ve kimliksiz kimlikler taşır: hangi ekran açıldı, kaç satır işaretlendi, hangi protokol kimliği kaydedildi. Şunlar hiçbir zaman analitiğe girmez: tarama cevapları, laboratuvar değerleri, check-in puanları, antrenman puanı ve notu, sağlık ölçümleri, adınız ve e-postanız. Bu kural yazılımın kendisinde test edilir; ihlal eden bir sürüm derlenemez. Kullanım analitiğini Sen → Veri ve gizlilik → Kullanım analitiği anahtarıyla kapatabilirsiniz; kapattığınız andan sonra bu telefondan hiçbir olay gönderilmez.
3. Yedekleme ve senkron
Yedek, Google'ın Firebase altyapısında (Firestore, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki sunucular: eur3, Belçika ve Hollanda) sizin hesabınızın altında tutulur ve yalnız sizin kimliğinizle okunabilir; bunu sunucu kuralları zorlar. Yedeği You sekmesinden kapatabilirsiniz; kapattığınız andan sonra yeni hiçbir şey yüklenmez. Yedek, yeni bir telefona geçtiğinizde geçmişinizi geri getirmek içindir.
4. Reklam, satış, takip
Verinizi satmayız, uygulamada reklam göstermeyiz, uygulamalar arası takip yapmayız ve reklam kimliği (IDFA) istemeyiz; uygulama onu okuyamayacak şekilde derlenir. Reklam kampanyalarımızın kaç kurulum ve abonelik getirdiğini AppsFlyer ile ölçeriz: AppsFlyer kurulumu ve uygulama açılışlarını, RevenueCat de deneme ve satın alma olaylarını ona bildirir. AppsFlyer bir kampanyanın sonucunu o reklamın yayınlandığı platforma (ör. Meta) iletebilir; Reklam kimliği olmadığından iOS'ta kampanya ölçümü büyük ölçüde Apple'ın SKAdNetwork'ü üzerinden, toplu olarak yapılır. Bu ölçüm hiçbir sağlık verisi, cevap, ad ya da e-posta taşımaz ve Sen → Veri ve gizlilik → Kullanım analitiği anahtarıyla birlikte kapanır. Pazarlama e-postası yalnız kayıtta açıkça izin verdiyseniz gönderilir.
5. Silme ve dışa aktarma
Hesabı sil (You → Hesap): önce bulut kopyası, sonra hesap kaydı, sonra cihazdaki veriler silinir. Bulut silinmeden telefon silinmez; böylece yarım silme olmaz. Dışa aktar: doktor özeti ya da tüm kayıtların dosyası iOS paylaşım menüsüne verilir, hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez. Çıkış yapmak silmek değildir; veriniz cihazda kalır ve aynı hesapla girince devam eder.
6. Çocuklar ve yaş
Kinsman 18 yaş ve üzeri erkekler içindir. Kayıt en düşük yaş aralığı olarak 18–29'u sunar; 18 yaş altından bilerek veri toplamayız.
7. Tıbbi uyarı
Kinsman tıbbi cihaz değildir, teşhis koymaz ve tedavi önermez. Gösterdiği her sayı sizin ölçümünüzdür; her öneri kanıt derecesiyle etiketlenir. Kararlar için hekiminize danışın.
8. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu politika değiştiğinde bu sayfa güncellenir ve uygulama içindeki onay metni sürümü artar; sizden yeniden onay istenir. Sorular için: engin.yolal@nord-bs.com.

Kinsman handles health data. This page says what we collect, why, where it lives and how to delete it. In short: your screening answers and raw health samples never leave your phone; daily totals and plan records are backed up to your account unless you switch that off; analytics never carries a health value; we sell nothing and track nobody across apps.

2. What never reaches analytics
Analytics events carry counts, categories and anonymous identifiers only. Never: screening answers, lab values, check-in scores, training scores and notes, health measurements, your name or email. The rule is enforced by the app's own test suite; a build that breaks it does not compile. You can switch usage analytics off with You → Data and privacy → Usage analytics; from that moment this phone sends no events.
3. Backup and sync
The backup lives in Google's Firebase (Firestore, servers in the European Union: eur3, Belgium and the Netherlands) under your account and is readable only with your identity, enforced by server rules. You can switch backup off in You; nothing new is uploaded from that moment. Backup exists so a new phone gets your history back.
4. Advertising, selling, tracking
We do not sell your data, show ads in the app, track you across apps or request the advertising identifier (IDFA); the app is built so it cannot read it. We measure how many installs and subscriptions our ad campaigns bring with AppsFlyer: the app reports the install and app opens to it, and RevenueCat reports trials and purchases. AppsFlyer may pass a campaign's result to the platform the ad ran on (for example Meta); without the advertising identifier, iOS campaigns are measured mostly in aggregate, through Apple's SKAdNetwork. This measurement never carries health data, answers, your name or email, and it switches off together with You → Data and privacy → Usage analytics. Marketing email is sent only if you opted in at sign-up.
5. Deletion and export
Delete account (You → Account): the cloud copy first, then the account record, then the device — the phone is never wiped while a cloud copy stands. Export: a one-page doctor summary or a file of every record is handed to the iOS share sheet and uploaded nowhere. Signing out is not deleting; the data stays on the device and resumes under the same account.
6. Age
Kinsman is for men aged 18 and over. Sign-up offers 18–29 as its youngest band; we knowingly collect nothing from anyone younger.
7. Medical notice
Kinsman is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not prescribe. Every number shown is your own measurement; every suggestion carries its evidence grade. Talk to your clinician before acting.
8. Changes and contact
When this policy changes, this page is updated and the in-app consent version moves, so you are asked again. Questions: engin.yolal@nord-bs.com.
